Registration closes on August 10, 12:00 PM EST. All amounts are in Canadian Dollars (CAD $) and are subject to 13% HST.

There is no official hotel of the conference, but if you're looking for options in and around the area, here are a few:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted until July 25, 2025 and are subject to a processing fee of $60 plus applicable taxes. Refunds will not be processed after this date.
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to acceleration@utoronto.ca.
Registrations are non-transferable.
The Acceleration Consortium reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible in case of cancellation.
Registration fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however, the Acceleration Consortium will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
